DECENTRALIZED COLLECTIVE COGNITION

Run your own node.
Own your AI.

DCOG is a sovereign, peer-to-peer AI swarm. You don't rent a cloud — you install a node on your own machine, contribute a slice of your GPU (VRAM) to the collective, and in return share a truly independent intelligence. No vendor lock-in. Your data stays yours.

◇ GET THE NODE

macOS

Apple Silicon & Intel · macOS 12+
▼ Download for Mac
~28 MB · double-click Connect-to-Dudu.command

Windows

Windows 10 / 11 · x64 (build from source)
▼ Download for Windows
~13 MB · run build-windows.bat then start.bat

◇ SETUP — 4 STEPS

Download & unpack

Grab the package for your OS above and unzip it anywhere (Desktop is fine).

Launch the node

macOS: double-click Connect-to-Dudu.command. Windows: run build-windows.bat once, then start.bat. Your local panel opens in the browser automatically.

Onboarding — download the mandatory model & commit VRAM

First run walks you through it: download the mandatory model shard (the collective brain, streamed in 500 MB pieces) and confirm how much VRAM you commit to the swarm. The node won't come online until this is done — that's what keeps the collective sovereign.

Join the swarm

Once your shard is verified and VRAM is pledged, your node peers with the collective. You now run Dudu locally — inference is shared across contributing nodes, not a cloud.

MANDATORY MODELThe core brain shard is required — downloaded in resumable 500 MB pieces during onboarding. Optional expert models (coder / vision / image / video) can be added later.
VRAM SHARINGYou pledge a share of your GPU memory to the collective during onboarding. More contribution = higher tier & priority in the swarm.
Note: the current packages are a preview build. If you want the very latest client (newest UI + agentic local file/terminal access), ask the operator for a fresh build.
