DCOG is a sovereign, peer-to-peer AI swarm. You don't rent a cloud — you install a node on your own machine, contribute a slice of your GPU (VRAM) to the collective, and in return share a truly independent intelligence. No vendor lock-in. Your data stays yours.
Grab the package for your OS above and unzip it anywhere (Desktop is fine).
macOS: double-click Connect-to-Dudu.command. Windows: run build-windows.bat once, then start.bat. Your local panel opens in the browser automatically.
First run walks you through it: download the mandatory model shard (the collective brain, streamed in 500 MB pieces) and confirm how much VRAM you commit to the swarm. The node won't come online until this is done — that's what keeps the collective sovereign.
Once your shard is verified and VRAM is pledged, your node peers with the collective. You now run Dudu locally — inference is shared across contributing nodes, not a cloud.
